Regal Revival in Historic Niagara-on-the-Lake
Nestled in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, this enchanting 1908 Tudor-style home has undergone a thoughtful, multi-phase transformation since its purchase in 2015. Steeped in character and rich in history, the home is a true Arts and Crafts gem, with original natural-stained trim and baseboards that set the tone for a design that honours its past while embracing a personal, whimsical flair.
Simply White Interiors has had the privilege of working with these gracious homeowners since 2017, guiding the evolution of each space with deep respect for the home's heritage. A sense of storytelling runs through the interiors, where themed rooms reflect an imaginative, almost fairytale-like charm—complete with delicate nods to nature, butterflies, and serene outdoor influences.
From repurposed furnishings to curated textiles, every detail was selected with intention. One of the most memorable aspects of this project has been the collaborative spirit—our creative meetings to select fabrics and finishes were a joy, thanks to the clients’ trust and openness. This home is a true testament to timeless design, layered with history, personality, and heart.
