A Thoughtful New Build in Niagara-on-the-Lake
This custom new build in Niagara-on-the-Lake was a true design-from-scratch experience, where vision and technical precision came together to shape a home before a single wall was raised.
With no existing space to walk through or draw inspiration from, the design process relied entirely on creative foresight and meticulous planning.
Every foundational element—flooring, hardware, tile, plumbing fixtures, door and trim styles, appliances, windows, exterior stone, and roofing—were carefully selected before construction began.
The resulting design is a balanced blend of modern sophistication and organic warmth. Sleek, contemporary finishes set the tone, grounded by a neutral palette of classic greys and soft earth tones.
Rustic textures and subtle mid-century modern influences were thoughtfully layered in, bringing character and depth to the clean-lined aesthetic.
Despite the project's complexity, our collaboration with the clients made the process seamless and enjoyable. Their openness, enthusiasm, and trust made navigating the countless decisions feel creative rather than overwhelming.
The final result is a beautiful, cohesive home that reflects thoughtful intention and timeless appeal from the inside out.
